Although it costs you nothing to have me represent you in the purchase of your next home (my commission is paid by the seller’s side), purchasing a home is a huge deal whether it’s your first or fifteenth, and you deserve a committed agent to ensure the experience proceeds as smoothly as possible. If enlisted as your exclusive buyer’s agent, I would provide you with an unmatched level of responsiveness, transparency, and ethics.

1. Responsive:

I actively search for a home for you as if I were searching for a home for myself – regardless of the size. I can be reached any time, day or night, to answer any concerns you might have – I don’t limit my availability to certain times or specific days. I’ve bought several homes of my own, and it is still very stressful. You wouldn’t be texting or calling me in the evening if it wasn’t important.

2. Transparent:

I provide explanations and updates all the way through closing and beyond. It’s your home, you deserve to know what is happening – even if nothing is happening.

3. Ethical:

As I mentioned, my commission is paid by the seller’s side, and that percentage varies. Some agents might steer you towards a home that pays a higher commission. While that could have an immediate short-term benefit for them, I’m in this business for the long-term and encouraging you to buy a house you’re not comfortable with would not be good for future business or referrals. In addition, I will not sneak in miscellaneous transaction charges or fees.

A resource for first-time homebuyers

A lot of patience and guidance are usually required when working with first-time homebuyers and obviously, their first purchase is usually a small house or condo with a proportionately small compensation. I am eager to work with first-time homebuyers because there is nothing more rewarding than being the one to hand over the keys to your first home.

3. Convenience:

I want to make it easy for you. My marketing experience will ensure your listing not only attracts viewers online but also provides an accurate representation of what it actually looks like so buyers have reasonable expectations if they decide to tour it in person. I can also take aerial photos and produce a 3D video tour to help potential buyers get a feel for the layout online. This greatly reduces the number of times you are inconvenienced when other agents show your home. Again, most others charge extra for these services, but they are always included with my listings.
